Once the included months run out, and immediately for anyone buying the service by itself, Bizee charges $149 a year. That price is published and it holds steady, which is more than several better-known vendors manage.

Our objection is about the handover, not the number. The free window closes on a date determined by your package tier rather than by anything you would naturally remember, the charge runs on a card already stored, and $149 is modest enough to slide past a statement review unquestioned. If you take one thing from this page, let it be the practical one: dig the expiry date out of your order confirmation and put it in a calendar today, whether you switch or stay.

Being Your Own Agent in Colorado Takes Two Filings

1. Engage the replacement agent first. The statement affirms that your incoming agent consented to serve, so the successor has to be in place before the filing opens.
2. Retrieve your entity inside the state's system and begin the statement.
3. Type in the replacement's name plus their Colorado street address, pay ten dollars, and submit. Acceptance makes it effective.
4. Re-run your entity in the public search and confirm the new name is showing.
5. Only then cancel Bizee, ideally before the included window lapses into a $149 charge.
